When we create one of our plans, we don't compromise when paying attention to design and details. Our floor plans feel big, bright and open and they flow, creating an atmosphere for a great family life.  The main living areas, the Kitchen, Family room, and Master Suite are spacious and family friendly, and we add elegant details throughout the home to provide that extra touch for a luxurious environment.

Our attention to detail has paid off. Our models have repeatedly won the prestigious Grand Award in the Tampa Bay Builders Association Parade of Homes and Best of Show in the Pasco Builders Association Parade of Homes. We have won a total of 63 Awards as judged by our peers in the industry. 

Avalon has also won awards for individual rooms including Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Family and Bonus Room, Best Pool, and Best Outdoor Living Areas. In addition, we have won awards for Best Overall Design and Most Innovative & Creative Designs.
